If The Course Vault isn't for you, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
Send an email to kitorzoofficial@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request" and the email address you used at checkout. You can also message us on WhatsApp at +91 95060 36975.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Purchases become non-refundable after 30 days. Your access to the vault, including all future course additions, remains lifetime.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of clear abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles) or fraudulent chargebacks. Accounts filing chargebacks without first contacting support will be suspended.
